POWAY —  A 1-hour, 45-minute Poway High wrestling practice was coming to a close. There had been technique drills, one-on-one sparring and live wrestling.Or as coach John Meyers put it, 'A light workout.'Now it was time for sprints. Up and back across the wrestling room once. Then two reps. Then three. Then a final up and back.Senior Luke Condon, who wrestles at 172 pounds, won every one of his sprints — even the last one, when a freshman went all-out to catch him. 'Happens every practice,' said Meyers.
