Poway High School grad Josh Arbenz has a few ideas for updating The Hamburger Factory restaurant once he and his wife, Jennifer, take ownership. Among the changes are cleaning, painting and rearranging some of the rustic decor at the family eatery in Old Poway Park. But the Oceanside resident said he is emphatic about maintaining the diner's city-in-the-country atmosphere.
