POWAY (CNS) - About 430 San Diego Gas & Electric customers in Poway remained without gas service Saturday following a major pipeline leak that forced widescale evacuations. About 530 homes were evacuated Friday, covering a roughly two-mile radius around the leak that occurred around 9:45 a.m. on Pomerado and Holland roads. The evacuation orders were lifted at about 5 p.m. Friday.
